This privacy and data protection policy is for this website and people attending Yogalexis classes.
Personal Data Collected at the time of registering for a Yogalexis class
Yogalexis holds the email addresses and phone numbers of people that have got in touch to ask about classes or who have filled in a health & consent form at a yoga class or workshop. I will only use this data to keep you informed of classes, workshops, and events.
All information gathered by yogalexis is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with a third party. 
I am happy to update or amend your data at your request.
My Insurance Company request that I keep a record of my customers data and registrations for seven years after your last class with me. After seven years your data is destroyed.
Phone Numbers
I may occasionally use your phone number to contact you about urgent class changes.
Emergency Contact Information
Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should Yogalexis need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.

Newsletters informing you of new, future or alternative services I am providing are sent through a secure permission-based email system called MailChimp (see their Privacy Policy at When you purchase a service from me you will be invited by email to join my MailChimp email list. You have the ability to Opt-In at this point, and subsequently subscription preferences may be changed by you at any time. You may also unsubscribe from this newletter at any time.
